Biography

Young designer Jovana Soljaga was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden in 1992.

She began her studies in fashion in High School at Stockholm’s Tillskararakademins Gymnasium. Parallel to her studies, she started her working career as a service representative in a bridal retail store, located in the centre of Stockholm.

She also worked as a volunteer and assisted jewellery designer Asitas.

Having completed her High School, Jovana took a big step moving to Milan (Italy), where she graduated obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design at Nuova Academia di Belle Arti (Naba) in 2014.

Her final thesis was focused on sustainable fashion and recycling.
